✨ Sisters Beauty Room Policies To provide the best experience for every guest and to ensure our schedule runs smoothly, please review our salon policies before booking. 📅 Booking & Deposits * A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your service total and are forfeited if you cancel outside of our policy. * Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit (if applicable) and all intake/consent forms have been completed. 👧 Guests & Children To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure everyone’s safety, additional guests and children are not permitted unless prior approval has been given. 📝 Required Forms All required intake, consent, and waiver forms must be completed before your appointment. Failure to complete forms may delay or result in cancellation of your appointment. ⚡ Squeeze-In Appointments Need an appointment outside of our normal availability? We offer limited squeeze-in appointments based on availability. A squeeze-in fee of $50–$100 will apply in addition to the service price. The fee varies depending on the requested date, time, and scheduling accommodations. Squeeze-in appointments cannot be booked online and must be requested by contacting us directly. Approval is not guaranteed and is based on availability. 💇 Hair Service Policies Consultation Requirement Consultations are required before booking color corrections, blonding transformations, fashion colors, extensions, or other major services to determine pricing, timing, and hair goals. Hair Preparation Please arrive with clean, dry hair unless instructed otherwise. Hair with excessive product buildup, matting, or tangles may require additional time and may incur an additional fee. Chemical History Please disclose any previous box color, henna, relaxers, keratin treatments, or other chemical services before your appointment. Failure to disclose previous services may affect your results and could require rescheduling. Color Corrections Color correction services are priced individually and often require multiple appointments to safely achieve your desired result. Hair Extensions Extension services require a consultation and deposit for first time clients. Maintenance appointments are recommended to maintain the health of your natural hair. We are not responsible for extensions installed by another stylist. ✨ Lash & Brow Policies Appointment Preparation Please arrive with clean lashes and brows free of makeup, oils, mascara, or strip lash glue unless instructed otherwise. Foreign Fills We do not perform fills on lash extensions applied by another artist. If you have existing extensions, please book a removal and a new full set instead. This ensures the best results and lash health. Lash Retention Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity of your lash extensions. We cannot guarantee retention if aftercare instructions are not followed. 💕 Service Guarantee If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can discuss an appropriate solution. Sooner is always better. We are happy to make reasonable adjustments when necessary. 💳 Pricing Service prices are starting prices and may vary based on product usage, time required, or the complexity of the service. 📸 Photos & Social Media We love showcasing our work! Photos and videos may be taken before and after your appointment for our portfolio and social media. Please let us know before your appointment if you prefer not to be photographed. Right to Refuse Service Sisters Beauty Room reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, repeated policy violations, or conditions that may compromise the safety of our staff or guests.
